Converted Garage with ground floor private entrance and lots of light, private bath with shower, close the blinds and you have a quiet, private room and an awesome bath. Personal AC unit, private entrance. Gigabit WiFi, desk in the room. 2-3 blocks away are 2 main bus lines, 8 restaurants, 4 coffee shops, 10 food trucks, etc. Easy walk to downtown, SoCo or SoLa. Ample street parking. The space The house is about 5000 sq ft, 2 adults live here full time, and we work from home. It is very quiet at night, and not noisy in the daytime either. We probably won't see you at all! Your part of the house has it's own Fridge, coffee maker and microwave. A larger ( vegetarian) kitchen exists - but use needs to be co-ordinated with us, please don't plan on regular access. WiFi and printer is available ( gigabit internet !) - washer dryer is available for your use, fresh sheets etc only on check in. Guest access Private locked entrance set back away from a quiet street, thru the private center garden. Private room and closet, private bath. Kitchen and dining table and outdoor screened porch. During your stay We work from home - so we are here a lot. Ask us for info or directions, we are around if you need something - let us know, we know all the good spots nearby. Other things to note We don't cook breakfast - 7th Flag coffee is at the end of the block, and the magnificent Bouldin Creek Cafe is a few minutes walk from here, as are great taco food trucks. The Kitchen wood island isn't sealed, so it stains easily - please don't use it, the two small dining tables, the long dark dining table or the outdoor teak table are there for meals, and the concrete kitchen countertop and cutting boards are for food prep.
