Our condo is a 10 minute drive to downtown Traverse City and a 10 minute drive to Elk Rapids. We have a beautiful beach just steps from our building. There is a beautiful golf course 1/2 mile away at the Grand Traverse Resort. There are restaurants, grocery stores and a casino less than 5 minutes away. This area has so much to offer whether you are looking for adventure, relaxation or something in between. Condo is part of a complex of several other buildings that are mostly used for short terms stays, but are also long term permanent guests in some as well.
