I have a guest suite off the back of the house with its own entrance and parking. There is enough room for a boat parking and RV parking. The suite has a shower, toilet, and vanity. We supply towels shampoo and conditioner. You also have a one cup Kuerig machine with mini fridge. Directv for relaxation. Has Air conditioning. You are only minutes away from Downtown Lake Havasu.
