The space *July 2024 Update: Creekside is now 100% Solar Powered!! and a Level 2 EV Charger is available for Guest use* Creekside is a renovated 3 story contemporary duplex on a quiet private drive bordering Kedron Brook and Dunham Brook. Conveniently located only minutes from the Woodstock green, shops, galleries and stores but away from the bustle of the downtown. Crack the windows at night and listen to the sounds of the brook from the bedroom balcony or kitchen. Our newly updated home has lots of volume, vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. Theres plenty of space to all gather together or spread out, unwind and everyone have some private quiet space. Should you need to destress or get a little workout in, there is a Pre-cor Elliptical machine, dumbbells, yoga mat and exercise ball located in the garden view bedroom. Luxury touches like solid wood and natural stone floors, soapstone countertops, Simon Pearce tablewares and pieces and more throughout. There is parking for 2-3 cars with a level private entrance to a large mudroom to stow all your gear. Enjoy cooking outdoors on the slate patio and picnic table or warm up with some s'mores around the fire pit and Adirondack chairs and take in the views or play a round of corn hole or can jam in our large open yard. There are also books and board games for all ages in case you have to spend extended time indoors. Please note: Creekside, like most Vermont homes has a septic system. Guest access Guest have access to the entire accommodation. Private entrance, parking for up to 2-3 vehicles. Access to large outdoor patio and garden directly in front of Creekside. Other things to note Please Note: Our home is a duplex and we do live full time in the adjoining home. Creekside is not suitable for children under 5. Creekside is a multi level home that is not childproofed with lots of stairs and potential hazards for little one. Creekside, like most Vermont homes has a septic system. PLEASE do not flush anything other than toilet paper. When traveling to our area during the winter months, we highly recommend all wheel drive vehicles, and or snow tires. We ask that guests remove all boots and or shoes upon arrival in the mudroom. We have installed Mitsubishishi ductless air conditioning units in the upper levels of the home. However, the downstairs bedroom does NOT have AC. It does stay cool on the ground level. The loft bedroom has a privacy curtain. it does not have a locking door. We thank you in advance.
