This upscale villa features four bedrooms and four full baths. With comfortable island décor, the condo is quietly located with a private deck overlooking the lagoon. The lovely, nicely lighted, kitchen has a large breakfast bar for informal dining. A separate dining area adjoins the living room. The four bedrooms offer a private baths, deluxe bedding, TV, and ample storage. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, luxury bath with double sinks and a whirlpool tub. Our villa is equipped with ceramic tile and Berber carpeting, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, dishes, glassware, small appliances, cable TV and internet. To the beach is easy. A five minute walk places you at a beautiful section of in developed OIB shoreline. A four minute walk has you at the beach club facilities, including a beautiful ocean front pool/Jacuzzi as well as the Tiki bar and restaurant. There also is beach access at the pool and you have full use of the parking facilities, if you want to drop kids/gear off. Linens (sheets and bath towels) can be bought from home or rented from us or others. A little more about the beach front pool, baby pool, Jacuzzi, restaurant and Tiki bar. It's a large sized pool with lots of deck space and lounge chairs overlooking the surf. There's beach access on both sides of the pool. This area is only available to owners/guests of the Islander resort. There is a big parking lot that you are free to use. So....it can be a great drop off point for kids and beach gear for both the pool and the beach. The Islander Resort offers a beachfront pool, whirlpool, tennis and restaurant. You'll find the grounds are nicely landscaped and well maintained. A five minute walk finds you at a beautiful, undeveloped section of beach. Want to shop or take in a show? Both Myrtle beach and Wilmington are each an easy drive away. We're glad to talk to you at any time. This villa comes with beach gear and cleaning! Hey, you've got enough to pack. You know....those sandy beach chairs, sticky boogie boards and half sprung umbrellas? Leave them at home! We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach cart, a grill and a cooler. You actually have room in the SUV for the kids and grandma.
