*Inquire about booking for a shorter stay Our 3 bedroom house is quiet, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for your stay in LA. You will not be disappointed in the location of our house! Very centrally located for tourists and business travelers. Just 1 block from the gates of Paramount Studios, a short walk to Melrose Avenue, and of course the charming Larchmont Boulevard. The space Our practical, comfortable, and stylish home is situated mid-block on Windsor Boulevard, in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Larchmont Village. Our 1,400 square foot house is quiet and peaceful and has all the amenities you will need during your stay. The living room has a large, comfy sofa and a 60" flat screen TV. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are located in the front of the house, which gets beautiful morning light. The kitchen is huge and you can help yourselves to any of our kitchen appliances, food, and spices. Guest access I will meet you on arrival, give you a quick walk through and give you the keys. If you have a car, you are encouraged to park it in the driveway. Other things to note This house is our primary residence, but we rent it through Airbnb when we are out of town. We take great care in getting the house ready for you, ensuring that it is sparkling clean from floor to ceiling, and making sure you have plenty of empty drawers and hangers. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and iron.
