Large sun room with pool table and windows on 3 sides to drink in the view. Multiple decks for coffee & dining. It's definitely a HAPPY place! Dressers available for you to make yourself at home. I've placed hangers on the doors in the guest bedroom, should you need them. Beds for 10 and several couches for littles. Plenty of room for air mattresses, should you wish to bring. Propane grill is available for you to use. Lighter stick is under the grill cover. Storage closet on the boathouse, garage and master bed/bath are off limits. You'll have the rest of the house! :-) House & boathouse! Friendly neighbors and I'm just a phone call away, if needed! Secluded little gem of a neighborhood that is right on the water and very close to Sam Houston National Forest. Neighborhood is great for a walk in the hills or a bike ride. Grocery store is about 15 minutes away and a small corner store about 3 minutes away. Several great ice houses to enjoy burgers, beverages and bands. Welcome to my little slice of Heaven!
