It is a vintage building that has old hardwood floors, strange plug ins, antique hardware on doors, and some stairs to climb to get to it. There is an antique fire place in the living area, but it is for decorative purposes only. The patio overlooks downtown. The bedrooms are very large and has lots of space. Master bedroom has access to the master bathroom and closet. Second bedroom is very large as well and has lots of space, third bedroom is right off the kitchen and is mid size with full closet and drawer space. Master bathroom has a huge walk in shower with a bench. Second bathroom has a claw foot tub that has a shower liner for a shower. Kitchen has full amenities. Game room has a pool table and lots of space for games, bar and lots of room. Gym has treadmill, stair master, free weights and pull up bar as well as laundry in the same room. Due to guests destruction of property, we no longer allow animals. Sorry. We have a very comfy sectional couch that can sleep two to three comfortably. We also have a sectional couch in the game room that someone could sleep comfortably. There is plenty of street parking after business hours. Parking on Kansas street is a little more safe than on state street, it can get a little busy. You can park in the alley to load and unload but then you'll have to move your vehicle. Motorcycles we park in the back on Kansas street on the sidewalk under the deck. We do not have cable but we have smart TVs and roku where you can access apps to watch on the tv with our high speed fiber optic WiFi
