The space When you walk into this top floor condo you'll be on a landing perfect for all of your gear. Walk up the stairs to a kids wonderland! This loft area features the best view in the house overlooking Wichita Mountain. There is a bunk bed, Queen bottom/Twin XL. There are 2 chairs that fold out, if needed, for additional kid sleeping, TV, bathroom and a desk. To ensure guest privacy there are 3 beautiful barn doors that slide closed. Walk down the stairs and pass the Master Ensuite with King bed, full bathroom and 3rd bedroom featuring a queen bed. Both rooms also have TV (the queen bedroom is streaming services only). The guest bathroom is also in the hallway right next door to the bedroom. The floor opens up to a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen including BOSCH cooktop and range, stainless appliances, and granite countertops. You don't have to miss a thing while preparing your gourmet meal in this space. The living room features a gas fireplace, TV, leather sofa and chairs. There are stools at the counter and a designated table for eating. Last but definitely not least the private balcony with a grill. Here you will enjoy your morning coffee or tea, maybe a beer from one of the many local breweries in the afternoon, look at Lake Dillon one direction and Buffalo Mountain the other. You will see wildlife, including moose, fox, deer, maybe even a bear! The hot tub is shared and managed by the HOA. It sits on a lovely deck overlooking the great outdoors. It's a short 2 minute walk from the unit. You can walk out the front door to many hiking trails and also the shuttle. The shuttle will take you to downtown Silverthorne. From there, you can walk to the many new restaurants or breweries that are opening up, including the Bluebird Market Hall featuring 12 culinary concepts under one roof, my kids love the crepes. We also highly recommend checking out Sauce on the Blue for a delicious meal. There is one designated, covered parking spot and additional first come first serve guest parking spots. We do not typically allow dogs. However, please reach out to us if you have a pet. We are happy to talk to you about it. We are happy to accommodate all our guests, however, for legal and insurance purposes we cannot allow unauthorized visitors, gatherings, or events. All guests, including friends or family who will be in the home at any point, are required to be listed as additional guests at the time your reservation is made. Guests who allow unauthorized persons on-premises will accrue a $100 fine per unauthorized guest and the unauthorized person(s) will be considered trespassing. Prior to instant booking, locals are required to contact the host for these reasons as well. 2. NO SMOKING, on the premises, including the balcony!. This includes smoking cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. Please do not discard cigarette butts on the premises. Violation of smoking rules accrues a $500 fee. 3. NO DRUNKEN OR DISORDERLY BEHAVIOR on-premises. We want you to enjoy your stay with us but ask that all our guests conduct themselves appropriately as to not disrespect our home and neighbors. The host reserves the right to remove guests in violation of this rule and a refund will not be granted. 4. DAMAGES & EXCESSIVE DIRTINESS will accrue additional fees for the guest. Please try to leave the home in the condition it was in when you arrived. Our cleaning fees are set based on a ‘courteous guest', therefore excessive dirtiness and /or damages to the home or property will result in additional fees. 5. LATE CHECKOUT will result in $50 fees for every 30 minutes the guest persists on premises after checkout. The standard checkout time for any reservation is 11 am. Our cleaning crew is scheduled to service homes between reservations; therefore, we ask guests to cooperate with check-out/check-in times. 6. PET POLICY: We allow a maximum of 1 pets (including service animals) per reservation for our pet-friendly homes. We love pets and have two of our own! However, as a common courtesy to us, our home, our cleaners and future guests; we kindly ask that you respect the following PET POLICIES & RULES: • Guest must provide pet bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur outside. House towels are NOT to be used for pets. • Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. • Pets are to be crated anytime they are left home alone. • Guests must pick up after their pet and discard waste properly. • Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage immediately so we can fix any issues before our next guests arrive. • We ask that you vacuum and clean up messes at the end of your stay. 7. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FEES ACCRUED PERTAINING TO ANY VIOLATION while on our premises. Any damages made by guests, their friends, family members, or pets will be subject to additional fees that exceed the “Accidental Damage Insurance” of $500.
