Lake Amistad Top Condo Private drive boat parking

If you want close access to the lake this is the place for you lots of parking trucks boats trailers plenty of room to turn around covered carports with outlets open but private patio’s the flight of stairs goes to the second floor condo this is a great place for fishermen or family fun on the lake about 1/2 a mile the Exxon gas station on your way to Diablo East boat dock or go east to Blackbrush & beer barn we have an ice machine The space NO CHILDREN under 10 NO PETS. I have 2 condo, separate entrances for each one. Top condo and bottom condo. They are the same floor plan and size just decorated different. Each one has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a queen air mattress We have a lot of room for truck's trailer's turning around and parking. We have an ice machine if you need ice for a cooler for the lake. The ice is used by other guests and me. We live next door so if you forgot anything or need something I don't have in the condo I may have it in my house. It is pretty quiet but you can hear the Hwy noise and dogs barking. I have a dumpster for all trash while your here and when you leave. This listing is for the Bottom condo, it has a master suite walk in closet with a king bed walk in shower and a separate bath tub. The queen bedroom has a private entrance into the bathroom, this bathroom is connected with the family room kitchen area as well. It has a walk in closet. I have a queen blow up air mattress for 1 adults to stay on in the family room. All of the rooms are very open and spacious with plenty of room. Kitchen has pots, pans and utensils, coffee pot, toaster, mixer some baking items. If you need something in the kitchen to cook with and it’s not in the condo I’m sure I have it at my house and I can bring it to you. Covered carport, with covered wrap around patio. Lots of parking for trucks trailers cars even if I have guests staying in both condos Towels linens, soap/shampoo is provided. We have smart TV’s and 5G WiFi. A shared Cajun gas grill Large patios and very private, even though we live next door. Hide Guest access Private entrance driveway. If I have someone in the bottom condo some areas will be shared, open to everyone.
