Enjoy peaceful mornings and beautiful sunsets from our patio overlooking view of the bridge and canal. You can tie up your boat to our private 50 foot dock. There is also a ski jet dock to dock your ski jet. Ample parking for three cars (15x50ft parking area). Parking area at the house is 15x50 ft. So depending on size of vehicles and trailers, you can roughly fit 3 to 4 total items. There is a overflow lot, but fills up quickly. Other vehicles must be parked outside of the gate, at owners own risk. House is ideal for 6-10 guests and all guests should come in 2 vehicles to simplify the parking arrangements
