Located at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain just steps away from Beaver Creek Village with tons of shopping, dining and entertainment; Easy ski-in & out during ski season and close to hiking and biking during warmer months; Studio villas are furnished w/ kitchenette; all the luxury & amenities of a Hyatt; 1 free garage parking The space Note: Like most hotels and properties in Beaver Creek and Vail, all units at Hyatt Mountain Lodge do not have air conditioning since it is not needed for the relatively short and mild summers in the mountains (elevation of ~10k feet); Fans and humidifiers are provided Guest access If you will be arriving and checking in after 9pm, then please let me know so I can arrange with the front desk of the resort to have your villa keys ready for pick-up at the Beaver Creek security guard gate since the resort's front desk closes at night. Other things to note - If your stay is less than 7 nights, then please note and factor in the Resort may directly charge you a split week cleaning fee of up to $40 which you will be responsible for at check-out; most cases it may not be charged but I want to disclose in case they do so please assume they will and if they don't then even better for you! - Guests must abide by the Resort's rules and terms during the stay - A valid government issued identification (e.g. drivers license or passport) and credit/debit card is required at check-in for incidentals and damage deposit - Guests are responsible for any personal expenses incurred while occupying a Unit, as well as for any damage, theft, or loss incurred. For security purposes, keys will only be given to the name on the reservation and a valid government or state-issued photo ID is required at check-in. - Daily housekeeping is only available upon request with the front desk and will be charged directly to the guest by the resort. - Actual villa unit will be assigned at check-in with the front desk of resort; pictures are representative of villa units and may slightly differ due to assigned unit and routine refurbishments and enhancements
