As You Wish *5 min walk to the BEACH *Heart of KDH

As You Wish is located Oceanside near mp 8 in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. You are 3 blocks to the beach on a quiet residential street. Renovated in 2020, the open concept interior is filled with natural light and cozy beach charm. The house is a short drive or walk to many area attractions and restaurants. Enjoy amenities such as 4 TVs, upgraded high speed internet/WiFi and ample parking. 5 min walk to your choice of three nearby beach accesses, Pinehurst, Sutton and Ocean Bay. The space You have numerous options for relaxation at As You Wish. There are 2 sundecks to catch some rays and a large picnic table for meals outdoors. If you need to escape the heat you can chill out underneath at our “Happy Place” bar/lounging area. The outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. There is a clothesline in the backyard to hang up wet towels/clothing. A charcoal grill is provided for barbecuing and a corn hole set and bags. Guests will need to provide their own charcoal/lighter fluid but always check around as you may find some. Inside are three bedrooms, 2 fully equipped (small &cozy) bathrooms (one with a shower only, one with bathtub/shower combo) with upgraded toilets and new fixtures. Please note that while our bathrooms are on the small side we’ve provided extra mirrors and spaces to get ready within the home for our guests. Bed linens and bath towels are included with your stay. Enjoy a nicely stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining area for cooking and gathering with family and friends. There is a sitting area with desk in the open entryway. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a tv with remote for streaming apps. In the family room there is a 55” television with fire stick, DVD player and assorted movies. Some beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy and sand toys are also provided for our guests.*Please note that the home is one level but you must walk up the deck stairs to gain access* Guest access You will have the entire home to enjoy with the exception of an exterior owners storage area. A laundry room with washer and dryer is available for our guests. The driveway is very generous and there is an extra concrete pad for additional parking. Other things to note Linens and bath towel sets are complimentary. You will need to provide your own beach towels. A starter pack of toilet paper/trash bag for each receptacle, hand soap, roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, sponge/dishcloth and dish soap will be available upon check-in. *Guests will need to be prepared to bring/provide their own additional paper goods and toiletries (including toilet paper) during their stay*
