It is in a newly restored home with a street-facing garden, Rear Deck, brand new kitchen, Samsung Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu. a historic, central, and walkable neighborhood. Conveniently located near Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park and the Convention Center. 1 min drive to enter the I-5 or I-94 fwy and a scenic 10 min drive over the Bay Bridge to Coronado Beach & Dog beach. When inside, you feel as if you were worlds away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet you are a stones throw from the best San Diego has to offer. We have built a brand new chefs kitchen with Cusinart and Frigidare appliances and many of the latest cookbooks. The small back deck connects to the landscaped front yard and patio via a shaded tree covered brick path. Perfect for life with pets. Guest access As a guest you may access all interior areas of the apartment and the front yard/rear deck. As well as the coin-op laundry room in the rear of the property. Other things to note You may arrive at any time that is convenient for you, however the apartment may not be ready to check into until 3pm. With advance notice I will try to accommodate you if you'd like to drop off your luggage or arrive a bit early.
