Historic 1920's cottage in the heart of Avon Village. We are a short 5 minute drive or bike ride from the beach or the sound. Downstairs has an eat-in kitchen, living room, master bedroom with full bath, and a spacious laundry/utility room. Upstairs has a large bedroom and hall bath. Enjoy the laid back atmosphere and the awesome beaches that make this a great vacation for any small family or group!
