The space This wonderful family-friendly vacation home has 2,000 square-feet of luxurious open living PLUS a 600 sf Rec Room (Fully Air Conditioned) complete with foosball table, and large screen TV. Back yard oasis with lush landscaping, lagoon style salt water pool, spa, outdoor shower and pergola complete with lighting and hammock swings. And even a playhouse for the kiddos! Updated stylish home with granite counters, copper sink, gorgeous cabinetry and tile flooring throughout. I want everyone to enjoy their time however I cannot express enough that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AT ALL and anyone who breaks this rule WILL be immediately evicted without refund and subject to an additional $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID (do it somewhere else), any excess cars or guests. We allow 4 cars maximum (No street or yard parking and no trailers). Absolutely no indoor smoking including the garage. Everyone in the booking must be 25+ unless accompanied by parents and send ID upon booking. 8 adults Maximum. We care about our neighbors and our home and this behavior is not allowed at this property. If this is your intention PLEASE do not book! Property is ideal for family vacations as it is located in a family neighborhood in close proximity to other homes with small children. 8 miles to the many white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island! 3.8 miles from Bradenton Area Convention Center, 2.8 miles to Blake Medical Center, 1.4 miles to Bradenton Country Club. Option to heat pool & spa ($100/wk each). Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedrooms 2&3 - Connected (The Family Suite): Queen Bed + Connected room with Twin over Full Bunk Bed w/Twin Trundle Bed - please see photos Bedroom 4: Queen Bed House sleeps 10 in beds + additional kid friendly bedding options: (1 Pack n’ Play, 2 Folding floor mattresses) Stroller, Highchair, and kids dinnerware provided All linens and towels provided (bath and beach!) There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right? The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and center island. Plenty of place settings incl drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!) Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20. Dining: Kitchen Island with 4 stools, Dining room table that seats 7 plus Breakfast table w/ 4 chairs Poolside: Outdoor sofa, 4 lounge chairs, Outdoor shower The salt water pool will leave your hair and skin smooth and no chlorine smelling dried out hair! ....If you’re not familiar with salt water pools think softened water, not salty ocean water. Gentle on skin and eyes! Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Pool heater is $100/wk. Hot Tub Heat (and bubbles) is optional for an additional $100/wk (total of $200 if you would like both) Games: Cards, Board Games, Pool Toys Central air Washer and Dryer Tons of Amenities Included: Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper and soap provided! Beach Equipment: sand chairs, large beach mat, cooler bag, sand toys provided Other things to note Pets allowed on a case by case basis for $150 additional pet rent fee. They must be completely cleaned up after. Must be fully house trained, on a leash at all times when not in fenced area, crated indoors when not home with the pet. If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made. No pets allowed on the furniture or in the pool.
