Tremont Home For Business & Family Travelers! This home is in a great location right off the freeway and less than 6 minutes from Downtown Cleveland across the Cuyahoga River. Right in the middle of things in the popular Tremont neighborhood. Safe, quiet, and affordable location. Near Ohio City, West 25th shops, Steelyard Commons, Westside Market, MetroHealth, the Flats, Cleveland Clinic and other landmarks as well. A great Cleveland secret is Academy Tavern on Larchmere..check it out! The space is the 2nd floor of the home. The home has plenty of space and will treat you well during your stay. The house is an remodeled home with central heating and cooling. Right by Steelyard Commons, 5 minutes from the West Bank of The Flats, 6 minutes from heart of downtown, 7 minutes from Playhouse Square, 6 minutes from MetroHealth, 7 minutes from Medical Mart, 16 minutes from Cleveland Clinic, and close to all major sports arenas. There is a private front porch and private access to the floor through the back of the house. There is a utility closet though not in the bedroom. connected to the local police department for added security if needed during your stay. There is shared driveway parking and I can be reached in case of any issues as I own both homes on the plot of land. I do have to add the disclaimer that the Tremont neighborhood doesn't support parties as a few guests have tried anyway and got the police called/arrested since the pandemic era. And parties are against the house rules. I appreciate your understanding with this matter. Washing machine and dryer are in the basement I'll be pretty hands-off as I am a business traveler myself but I or my property management can assist with any day to day issues. I do not live on-property. The home is in a neighborhood which is very quiet and mostly retirees/dependents/working class. The neighborhood has a pub down the street along with gas stations and Steelyard Commons shopping area with Wal-Mart, Target, Applebees, IHOP, etc. for your shopping and eating needs. There is public transportation nearby for the bus line/RTA or you can drive/Uber/Lyft/taxi/ride-sharing downtown on during most days in less than 5 minutes by freeway as the exit is right down the street for all the major highways and intersecting byways. It is also easy access to the Warehouse District, The Flats, Tower City, The Jack Casino, Quicken Loans Arena, Progressive Field, Medical Mart, Convention Center, First Energy Stadium, W 6th/W 9th, East 4th, Ohio City, W 25th, MetroHealth, Cleveland Clinic (Main/Satellite) and so much more. Parking shared in driveway and street parking is availabel throughout the day. I truly enjoy the location for the quick access to all the places Cleveland has become known for. You will really enjoy your stay and be sure to check out a sporting event like the Cleveland Indians, Cavaliers, and Browns! Close to MetroHealth and Cleveland Clinic for medical stays. One of my favorites is Academy Tavern on Larchmere near Shaker Heights. Definitely give it a visit! It's been around since 1939 and great atmosphere. Trash cans, recycle(blue) and non-recycle(black), labeled #2 are the proper place for your waste. Please let me know if bulk item or too much trash to fit into the can so trash doesn't pile up.
