The resort offers a free shuttle service to the grocery store. Guest access The Grandview unit offered has 1 Living rooms, 1 Private Bedrooms, Bathroom with Hot tub, 1 Full Kitchen and Washer / Dryer in unit. There are four pools, Fitness Center accessible to the guests. Note: What's open: * All swimming pools - Temporary hours are 8 AM - 8 PM. * Barbeque areas, with every other grill closed for social distancing. * Cardio and Strength fitness centers, with every other piece of equipment out of service for social distancing. * Business center - with limited access. * 9-hole mini-golf course * Onsite deli, Scotty Beans - Temporary hours are 8 AM - 8 PM. What's closed: * Hot Tubs * Arcade * Shuttle service to the local grocery store Other things to note Guest Certificate & Guest Checking in: The initial Guest Certificate is included in the cost for the unit. Once I accept your booking, I will ask for the name and address of the primary person checking in. The name and address must match a government-issued identification such as a driver's license. Any changes to these names within 65 days will require a ($99USD) change fee. The change fee cannot be waived or avoided as it is charged by The Grandview. The person checking in must be 21+ years of age, have a valid photo identification, and a credit card for the $100USD pre-authorization deposit. Resort Fees: Resort amenities fee is 30.00 U.S. dollars. Cash or Credit is accepted during check-in, per unit per week. Resort Hours: The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Check-in: Check-in starts at 4pm. Guests will need to go to the front desk and check in just like at a hotel. You will need your photo identification and, if possible, a printed copy of the first page of the confirmation PDF that will be sent to you via email before your travel dates. These two things will smoothen the check-in process for you. Early Check-in: You can arrive early and complete your registration. The front desk will hold your luggage and they will call you when your room is ready. It is possible your room will be ready early. The front desk can hold your luggage and give you a pass that allows you to use the pool, gym, computer room, and game room. Deposit: As mentioned. a credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit of ($100 USD) will be required upon check-in. If you do not charge anything to your room and return all pool towels/cards, this will be returned at check out. A debit card can be used, but it may take up to 30 days to release the hold. Other things to note Nearby to Grandview is Casino at South Point Hotel where cuisines from around the world are offered - Zenshin (Japanese, Asian cuisine), Baja Miguels (Mexican, Southwestern cuisine), Don Vito's (Italian cuisine) and various steakhouses are yours for the picking , (Primarily Prime Rib, Steak n' Shake. Michael's Gourmet Room, Coronado Cafe) are yours for the picking. There's also a nearby coffee shop (Seattle's Best) and even an ice cream parlour nearby (Kate's Corner Ice Cream Parlor).
