At Wayfield Corporate Stay, our immaculately clean, modern studio apartments are a great space for business professionals visiting Monett, those visiting friends of family in the area, or anyone looking for a clean space to rest while passing thru. We serve as a comfortable short term rental or a great place to call home for a longer stay. As such, we offer nightly, weekly and monthly rates. Our studios are located one mile north of town, in a peaceful setting, set back off Highway H. The space Our units include granite counter tops, a full sized refrigerator, induction cooktop & all kitchen necessities. (Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, basic seasonings, dishwasher, Keurig, 10-12 coffee pods, etc.) Each room contains a comfortable leather power reclining love seat, 50” living room & 32” bedroom TV and free Wifi cozy up the living room. (Hulu Live, HBO Max & Disney + are provided, but you can log into your own streaming accounts, too!) You can expect to enjoy the large walk in tiled shower complete with filtered water and a tall shower head and heated bathroom floors. In town for an extended stay? Keep your extra items in the included air tight 4x5 storage closet just outside your front door. Want some fresh air? Each room has a comfortable private seating area just out the door and we offer a propane grilling area for your use anytime you’d like! BBQ utensils are stored at the grill and Kinder’s seasonings are available in the laundry area cabinets! (Extra propane is always on standby, too!) On site laundry, grab & go snacks/beverages and Sonic style nugget ice are available 24 hours a day. The laundry area is located in the center of the building is the code will be provided with check in info. Guest access Entire studio apartment private. Shared laundry room, with complimentary washers, dryers, Tide pods and other laundry essentials and access to propane bbq grill available 24/7. Other things to note All rooms are ground level and there are 2 wheelchair ramps, requiring no stairs for entry.
