There is an ample back patio off the kitchen with a gas grill for breakfast or evening meals, and another patio out front. The second floor has a loft area with desk, daybed and an enclosed laundry area. Also upstairs, is the master bedroom and bath with jetted tub, private dressing area with second vanity sink, and a delightful balcony to enjoy morning coffee.
