The space This is a cozy apartment for those looking for long-term space to rent, but we also welcome short-term renters. We do our best to accommodate our guests. There is a laundry on the first floor at the back of the house shared by all three apartments in our home. It's available for our 3rd Floor Airbnb guests to use on Mondays and Thursdays. Guest access Our guests will have the entire third floor with their own private entrance. They also have access to a shared laundry at the back of the house on first floor. Other things to note We ask that our guests do not spoke, vape, or use marijuana inside the building. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. We also have a no-pet policy. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm. to 8am. We want to keep our Airbnbs clean and inviting for all our guests.
