Comfortable Room in Lovely Mill Valley

Comfortable room in beautiful home in Mill Valley for travelers moving up or down the state and those who are exploring the North Bay area and San Francisco Bay Area in general. Our location is perfect for hikers, food lovers, wine country explorers, those doing business in SF, etc. This is a no-nonsense room with an excellent, spring-loaded futon bed, space for your things, and a shared bath. You have access to the kitchen, living area, and back deck. On-street parking is always available. The space Our home is comfortable and relaxing. Note: the room is next to the kitchen and front room so sleeping in in the morning may not be an option for light sleepers. Otherwise, the room is comfortable, has wood floors, a table top fan, great window ventilation, and a very comfortable micro-coil sprung futon mattress. There is a chest of drawers, and a closet in the hall for hanging things. Please note that while the room is private, the pocket doors to this room do not lock, but the house and neighborhood are very safe. Our dog, Ginger, loves people (and walking on Horse Hill). Outdoor deck just off the living room for meals and/or relaxing. Shared guest bath with shower (no tub), soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Due to drought in California we ask that help us conserve water. Light kitchen use is available, microwave, toaster, coffee and/or tea. Occasion full meals are an option by prearrangement. Laundry facilities available on request. Coffee, tea, and food staples for cooking available upon request. Guest access You have access to most of the house, including the front and back decks and yards, with the exception of the master bedroom and bath. During your stay We are very friendly, busy people who will be happy to point out local attractions if you like or leave you be as well. There is no pressure to be anything other than yourself in our house! Other things to note We have one small/medium-sized dog, Ginger, who is friendly (though she may initially woof when you walk in the door), and a slow-moving miniature dachshund named Jocko (belonging to our neighbor in the in-law unit next door) who may wander in from time to time.
