Pinpointed just across the street from the bright blue waters of the glistening Gulf; this home features 3 levels sleeping, 8 vacationers! Being just off the coast of Anna Maria you can find yourself within walking distance to anything you may need. The island has many equipment rental companies giving you access to more suitable and convenient transportation to get around the island. Restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive down the beach depending on what you're hungry for. The first level is what elevates the home, The Garage is NOT Accessible to park or use, but there are 2 spots on the private road that leads you to the home. This home is section B of the Duplex with the entrance on the backside of the home giving you a little more privacy. The exterior has a fenced in side yard to store all your beach equipment and rinse off after a long day at the beach! When entering the home, you will walk up a set of stairs bringing you to the first living floor of this home. Featuring the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The living room showcases a large flat screen T.V. and plenty of seating to enjoy your favorite shows or a movie late night! The kitchen comes fully equipped for everything needed to make your favorite home cooked meal. The upper deck is dedicated to the master bedroom as well as an outside patio that is out looking at the jubilant Anna Maria Island, a view that will always bring a smile! I know when I'm on vacation a view of the Gulf is what I would want to wake up too! Inside one of the master bedrooms closets you will find the washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean at your own convenience. This bedroom also offers a private balcony. Master Bedroom - King Bed, Ensuite Bathroom, Smart TV Bedroom 2 - King Bed Bedroom 3 - 2 Double Beds This home is located only minutes from shops, restaurants, and equipment rentals making it quite universal for any activity you plan to endure on your next Florida vacation. It’s hard to leave this island without a souvenir or gift for your ones back home. There is an overabundance of shops and marts on the island that i'm sure can supply the perfect thing for you. Looking to grab a drink with a view of the sunset? Head down to one of the many bars and restaurants such as Newly Constructed: Daiquiri Deck, offering full rooftop bar and food service most places on the island are family-friendly keeping most everything in access no matter what family dinner or the beachside date there is something for you. This unit does have a washer and dryer for use inside the unit. **Garage is not available for use. *Ring Doorbell located on Front Door *Front Door and side gates are monitored with video surveillance. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. Other things to note 1. Please read the guestbook! Info like trash days, wifi passwords, and other things you need to know is located in the book. 2. Any people other than those in the guest party (renter) are the sole responsibility of the guest (renter). Parties and events are not allowed unless given prior approval from the management company and paid an event fee. If a party or event did happen at the house an additional fee will be charged to the card on file based on the property rented. 3. This home is privately owned. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on-premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 4. Pets are only permitted with prior approval and upon completion of the Pet Addendum to the rental agreement. An additional pet fee does apply. 5. Please be considerate to the neighbors and not have loud music after 10 pm. 6. All items in the home and on the property, including DVD's, CD, books and games are intended for entertainment and enjoyment of the guests while staying at the house and are not to be removed from the home or property. The only exception would be those items which are intended for use at the beach. 7. Some properties have keys and garage/ gate remotes, if they are lost its $50 each to replace. 8. Please clean the grills after each use. There will be a $50 cleaning fee charged if grill is not cleaned. 9. No smoking allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only. ($500 cleaning fee applies if found smoking in house or smoke smell) 10. Please follow the departure instructions to help keep our cleaning costs down.
