"Old Blue"-minutes to beach, businesses and train!

Old Blue is centrally located in downtown Miller Beach and near all the beautiful beaches Miller Beach has to offer. You are just a few steps away from many family owned store fronts which include: 18th Street Brewery, Indie Indie Bang Bang, D&K gourmet salads, Lake Street Gallery, Miller Pizza, Tequila and Tacos, and Vibrations. The space Prior to 2019, this apartment had never been rented. The apartment was completely renovated from floor to ceiling and features beautiful high ceilings and a ton of natural light. Some upgrades include: LED changing lights with built in bluetooth speakers to easily connect to your phone Brand new AC system Smart tvs All towels, linens, bedding, dishes, and kitchen utensils are provided. Please note we have a large shower stall. We do not have a bath tub. Family friendly amenities which include: Pack n Play, high chair, children’s eating utensils, toys and books, potty chair attachment for toilet, step stool for hand washing, night light, baby monitor and sound machine. Other things to note Old Blue’s bottom half was once a home of a cafe and is currently under construction. You may periodically see us working on Old Blue’s bottom half. Construction will be done during the hours of 9 am to 7pm. We will try to keep noise level at a minimum. You will hear a train and train horns. Old Blue is located one block away from a train and development construction in process.
