It’s a quiet residential area with no major attractions nearby. Downtown is about 20 minutes away, and the nearest mall and common stores are around 10 minutes from the property. So, just to be transparent, there’s nothing particularly “touristy” in the immediate area. Keep in mind that you choose the area you book in, and many Airbnb prices reflect the location. If you’re looking at more popular or central areas with more things to do, the prices for rooms or entire properties will usually be higher. The stairs are vertical space. There are three levels - the bedroom on top, bath in the middle, living room on ground. You can’t access the bath from ground level, only via the bedroom.
