Cozy Vegas Getaway!

PLEASE REVIEW ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING. Our getaway is perfect for families enjoying holidays, friend reunions/business trips, in a city that truly never sleeps. Our condo is not a 'Party Condo’, it's a place where you can relax after a day/night full of fun on the Strip/nearby outings. It’s also not operated as a Hotel. Check-In is 3-10pm, Check-out at 12pm. 15-20min drive from the Strip & 10-15min from McCarran Airport. Parking onsite (2 cars). Pool & Jacuzzi available May-Aug. The space Our space is equipped with what is needed to have a restful stay. We travel often and have designed this space keeping in mind what makes a getaway comfortable for ourselves and hope to provide a great experience for our guests. You are welcome to use what’s in the pantry and refrigerator. The nightly rate is for up to 4 guests. We provide; 4 oversized towels, 4 hand towels and 4 wash towels (1 of each per guest). Guest access We have parking on site. We can only accommodate a total of 2 vehicles; 1 vehicle in garage and 1 parking permit to park on parking lot during your stay. Other things to note Please consider booking an extra day if you're planning on arriving Las Vegas before check-in time. Our check-in time is strictly 3pm, this allows us to have the condo cleaned and ready for our incoming guests, as check-out time is 12:00pm. The nightly rate is for up to 4 guests. We provide; 4 oversized towels, 4 hand towels and 4 wash towels (1 of each per guest). Additional towels and extra linens/blankets will be accessible during your stay but are not included on the nightly rate of 4 guests. If additional towels, linens and sleeping areas are used, the fee for additional guests, per day, will be deducted from security deposit. To avoid these deductions, please book condo with the accurate number of guests that will be accompanying you. Please do not use our address for shipments or mail. We keep personal belonging in the closet located in the master bedroom. This closet is off limits to all guests. Closets in the other two rooms are open and available for use. There’s absolutely no smoking in the condo or immediate vicinity, including patio, balcony, front/back of condo. Front door needs to be locked with the bolts in order to close.
