Stunning modern home steps away from the beach

Newly renovated house on a quiet corner lot located only a short walk to the beach and downtown attractions. This stunning home will accommodate a family with up to 6 guests. Two spacious East and West facing decks, complete with bbq and outdoor seating. Enjoy the included fire pit, and outdoor basketball net. Lower level with tv room. It is complete with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, wifi, satellite TV and central air. All linen is provided along with fully stocked linen cabinet for 6 guests. The space All beds are queen beds and we provide full linens for each bed. Towels are also provided. 18 L water jugs are provided and can be filled up at a coin operated refill station at the hardware store or exchanged at the grocery store. The bbq comes with a propane tank but will need to be refilled by the guests if they choose to use it. Refills can be done at the local service station for $20 or exchanged at the local grocery store. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house which consists of 3 spacious levels. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms with full piece bathroom. Main level has a bedroom with kitchen, living room and bathroom. Basement has a living room. Have east and west facing decks with BBQ's on each deck. Patio table and seating on both decks and large front and back yards. Fire pit in backyard. Other things to note Check in only available on Saturdays after 3pm Check out is Saturday at 10am Please contact host about small non shedding dogs A security deposit of $500 is required All beds will be completely ready for guests to move in.
