The updated furniture and splash of color enhances the appeal of this home. Located on the main floor, the spacious living room with sofa sleeper and vast dining table is great for family gatherings. You will find the updated kitchen with elegant cabinetry, updated appliances and granite counter tops adjacent to the living area and is fully equipped to prepare fabulous meals. The first of three bedrooms is located on the main floor. This room features a queen bed with flat screen TV and its own private spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. The winding staircase leads you upstairs to a spacious living space with leather sectional couch with queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. This is a great area for kids to play or watch movies. Also located on the second floor is a spacious master bedroom gorgeously decorated with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The master bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and his and her sinks. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. During Spring Break no unregistered guest are allowed on the property at any time. This home is a 25 and up home only. If a 25 year old or up adult rents the home and allows the home to only be occupied by a young group you will be evicted with no refund. If you are an adult who is chaperoning group of young people you are responsible to be at the property at all times that anyone is in the home. If the police are called due to excessive noise, parties, or any other disturbance that the police charge to the fault of your group you will be evicted.
