It's a tight squeeze for 4 grown adults. + The driveway is tight, so huge trucks and vans are ill-advised. 1 parking spot only + Check in is 4pm or later; check out is 10am or earlier. Our cleaners can't accommodate exceptions. + No smoking inside, outside or even in neighborhood (HOA rules) + No fire pits; no parties; no pets. + We've arranged a deal with our cleaning service that allows us to keep our cleaning fees lower than the vast majority of houses this size. You are responsible for all damage. NOISE This unit is in a quiet little neighborhood with other rentals nearby, so events, loud music and noises, and parties are strictly prohibited. Please be respectful of your noise level. IE, don't sit out on the deck and beat the bongos late at night! NONPAYING GUESTS My insurance requires that nonpaying and non-registered guests are not allowed on property. ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE There is an additional charge per person for your stay after the first two guests. AirBnB will automatically calculate the total when you input your dates and guest count. AIR CONDITIONER Estes has a mild mountain climate in the summers but from time to time it can get hot. Like nearly every other home in town, there’s no A/C. The cool mountain breeze cools the home off quickly in the evenings.
