Lake Havasu Getaway, great location!

Relax at this beautiful well kept 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home after a day out of fun in the sun! The house features a large living room with a flat screen 70" TV and a large master-bedroom with king bed and two large guest rooms with comfortable queen size beds. A queen size comfortable air bed is provided with self inflating feature. All bedrooms have cable and 45" TV's. The space The house is super clean with large spacious bedrooms. You have everything you would need to make you feel at home. It's only a 13 minute drive to London bridge and Rotary community park. If you want to grab dinner or go to the market, we are only 8 minutes from the quaint downtown area. Guest access Garage is available for parking your vehicles. Opens from inside of garage. Please close door at all times due to the fact that there is access to inside of house. Other things to note Propane BBQ available for use. $20 Cleaning fee will be charged if left dirty after use. Responsible party must be 25 years of age and provide ID upon check-in. No smoking on the premises, entire deposit will be lost if smoke in the house or garage and if there is any evidence that a pet was in the house.
