The entire property is extensively landscaped. You can enjoy the backyard in total privacy from any neighbor. The gorgeous pool contains a waterfall and has LED lighting. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the property, including the washer and dryer in the garage. Other things to note By booking, the Guest agrees to all House Rules, including a rental agreement. The rental agreement may be previewed at the bottom of the House Rules below. No rental to Broward or Miami-Dade residents. No parking on grass. No radios, boom boxes, or sound systems of any kind allowed on the patio. No parties or events. No reservations accepted for guests with children under twelve years old. Only 3 vehicles may park in the driveway. No animals of any kind are allowed. Pool temperature is maintained at 80 degrees from December 1st to April 1st. Temperature may be increased for a fee of $15 per day or $90 per week. There will be an additional charge of $65 per night for any guest that is over the number of guests on the reservation. For example, if the reservation is for four guests, a fifth guest would cause the $65 per night extra guest fee to be imposed.
