Great open floor plan with tile flooring throughout, granite countertops and Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, seating for 4 at the bar and dining room with seating for 6 which opens up to the living room. The three bedrooms allow plenty of room for a large family. The master bedroom (BR1) is at the end of the hallway. It has a King size bed, TV, closet. The ensuite bathroom has double vanities and a tub/shower combination. The guest room (BR2) has a King size bed and TV. The bunk room (BR3) has a Twin over Full bunk bed and TV. Large Flat Screen TV with Wi-Fi and cable in the living room, a recliner and a large L shaped couch with a sleeper sofa. You will love to sit on this shaded balcony and enjoy your coffee and the sea breeze. No need to leave the house when you can cool off in the private pool. The outside stairs leading to the area below the house is shaded with an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand from a day at the beach, a picnic table and propane grill, great for entertaining or for outdoor meals.
