Be amazed on the walk out lake view wood deck in the back yard, and watch sunsets fall over the bay and color the sky. The back patio is a great place to relax, entertain & relax. Fish or dock your watercraft at our pier if needed. There is a 4-5 person hot tub on the back deck for you to relax and unwind (Hot tub included in the price on this property). The space Welcome to our beautiful lake home, your completely remodeled, cozy 2 bed / 2 bath retreat. Central air, heating, and ceiling fans add to the home's comforts. Use our Wi-Fi to stay connected if you’d like; otherwise, take a break and enjoy one of our foosball table, Nintendo Classic loaded with 100+ games, family board or card games! Head outside to take advantage of our paddle boat, (2) 10' kayaks, or just fish right off our pier, or just relax & take in the beauty of the lake from the deck and NEW hardscaped patio & fire pit area. With all our lake house has to offer, you'll never want to leave! Guest access Guests will be able to access all parts of the inside and outside of the home. The only interior inaccessible part of the home is the utility closet for the cleaning and spa company to store supplies. On the outside, the deck, patio and pier is accessible to the guest. Other things to note Bring your fishing gear. There is good fishing in the Bay and in channels. Our kids catch large bass, catfish, bluegill and perch right off our pier in the back yard. This is a popular house for Naval families to visit and cheer on their boot camp grads since it is only a half hour from the Great Lakes Naval base. This home is designed safe and secure, and is equipped with a Smart Dead Bolt lock that controls check in and check out times, and has a door camera feature to make sure the correct guests are entering our home. All for your safety and to protect our home. The driveway is smaller and can hold (4) small to midsize cars MAX, or 2 larger trucks or SUV's tight. The entrance road and its an old tight road. Be careful pulling in and out of the driveway. Pull in and out very slow. If at all possible have other guests help you back out.
