Home in Aiken

Quiet and peaceful home outside of Aiken on a public golf course near both SRS and the horse community. We live here full time and love hosting guests in need of a comfortable and serene environment for stays 90 days or less. Our guest room includes a closet and a bureau plus a work desk.The windows look out into the lovely woods on the front side of the house. Guests may have access to the great room, kitchen, laundry, and the back porch/patio. The den adjacent to our bedroom suite is private. The space Recently updated home features a nice sized kitchen where guests can do some light cooking and use our coffee machine. We encourage use of the back yard, which is bordered by woods. The main living room has huge windows with lots of light. We take pride in our space and ask that you do the same during your visit. We are quiet people and our area is serene and quiet nestled in the woods without a lot of street noise. No loud music or non-airbnb guests, please. We simply ask you to remove your shoes if they are soiled as the carpet in your room is a light color. Guest access Kitchen, dining room, laundry, main living room, and back yard. It is important to note that you are most certainly welcome to use the kitchen but we do not allow full kitchen use for cooking big meals after 9 pm at night unless you have made special arrangements. Simple prep and microwave use are always perfectly fine. During your stay We will most likely be here during your stay as this is our permanent residence. It’s just the 2 of us. We respect your privacy but will always be available for chatting and any questions or concerns you may have about your stay. We can use the message board for communications or share phone numbers. Other things to note I have reserved a pantry area where you can store groceries. For groceries needing cold storage, we have a refrigerator in the garage for your personal use. Please provide your own laundry supplies for use of washer and dryer.
