There are 2 decks for morning coffee where you can feel the sun on your face as you prepare for a beach day. You have access to FREE private parking steps from the beach (saves you $20/day and the lot doesn't sell out). In the evening, return home for dinner on the deck with plenty of room and seating for all. No worries here, the yard is fenced and sits on a quiet side street. The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated but have not lost their vintage charm. All your kitchen needs are on hand. Floorplans of the house can be provided.
