Comfortable private room and private bathroom in a house with a pool! The pool is now closed for the season. Super location close to the airport and the speedway. The home is located in the back of a friendly subdivision. Quick and easy access to the airport, speedway, downtown, and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Head west to Avon or a straight shot east to downtown. I-465 is super convenient to get anywhere in the city fast. The space The room features a comfy queen bed, a smart TV, and high-speed Wifi. Extra linens, pillows, and essentials are on hand. The room is on the second floor next to the hall bathroom exclusively for your use. I only rent my rooms out to one guest/group at a time so the bathroom in the hall is all yours during your stay. This is my full-time residence so some areas of the house are shared with me. Guests have access to shared spaces such as the kitchen, living room, and pool. Help yourself to the cooking essentials and ingredients in the kitchen. The pool is meant for fun and relaxation so enjoy it during your stay. Guest access Street parking is available in front of the house and a keypad opens the front door. The room is upstairs at the end of the hall and the bathroom is right next door. Guests have shared access to the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and pool. During your stay I am very friendly and easygoing. I look forward to meeting new people from all over. I also realize guests value their privacy and can totally respect that. I work a day job but I am reachable by phone or through the app. I aim to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Other things to note Welcome to my home and I will do my best to make sure you have the best guest experience possible. Please make yourself comfortable and at home. This is my full-time residence so please expect to see personal items and such in the shared spaces. All I ask is you respect my home and belongings as if they were your own.
