Room for the whole group at the Watercrest lake house with 4-bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with room for up to 12 guests to sleep. Situated on the bank of Lake Canton with a private fishing dock, large covered porch near the waters edge. Huge king master bedroom, washer and dryer and spacious loaded kitchen. The city park across the lake (short walk) has pickle ball & tennis courts. Well behaved pets are welcome at $25/each per night. No parties or events allowed. The space Water front with dock and lake views. The sunset is gorgeous across the lake. A nice path from the house wraps around the lake to a city park with tennis courts, 9 hole disc golf course, basket ball courts and more. Guest access The entire house Other things to note Provided are two fishing rod and reels with basic tackle for the amateur anglers, corn hole boards and bags, disc golf discs, basket ball, tennis balls, board games, kayak (in warm season) so come prepared to have a lot of fun! A wagon for your Trade Day shopping is stored at the house (which comes in very handy).
