The space In 2007, the multi million dollar restoration of the 1929 Sieber Hotel and the original pharmacy/grocery store of the Sieber family was completed. As a result, the Sieber has been designated a National Historic Landmark and an Oklahoma City Historic Landmark. The Sieber has now been transformed into 38 apartment residences, each with its own secure access. These apartments feature large windows, spacious bedrooms, beautiful hardwood floors, and luxurious fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops. With around 800 square feet of space each, the furnished apartment decor is a mix of modern and vintage furnishings. The bedroom includes a King-sized bed that can sleep two, as well as a vintage-inspired ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition to the individual apartments, there are also convenient amenities available. On the first floor there are 3/3 full-sized washer and dryers and an elevator. There is also a gym located on the premises, as well as secure parking with one gated and covered space per residence. For those in need of additional parking, there is ample street parking available.
