A contemporary spacious apartment with ample room for work, rest & play. In the most vibrant downtown district within walking distance to business, trendy restaurants, pubs and entertainment. Located in a beautifully restored 1929 Landmark. In 2007, the multi million dollar restoration of the 1929 Sieber Hotel and the original pharmacy/grocery store of the Sieber family was completed. As a result, the Sieber has been designated a National Historic Landmark and an Oklahoma City Historic Landmark. The Sieber has now been transformed into 38 apartment residences, each with its own secure access. These apartments feature large windows, spacious bedrooms, beautiful hardwood floors, and luxurious fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops. With around 800 square feet of space each, the furnished apartment decor is a mix of modern and vintage furnishings. The bedroom includes a King-sized bed that can sleep two, as well as a vintage-inspired ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition to the individual apartments, there are also convenient amenities available. On the first floor there are 3/3 full-sized washer and dryers and an elevator. There is also a gym located on the premises, as well as secure parking with one gated and covered space per residence. For those in need of additional parking, there is ample street parking available. Note: *One of the things guests MOST LIKE about the apartment is the security of the building and secure covered parking amenity. *One of the things guests DISLIKE IS THE SECURE access upon arrival. By reading our provided instructions in advance of arrival. It's easy peasy. Guests also enjoy the convenience two sets of keys and a gate opener upon arrival. For those arriving after 7 pm, instructions are provided by email are essential. The apartments are accessible by stairs or elevator, and there is an free laundry room on the first floor. Additionally, there is a small gym off the lobby past the public restrooms, and a courtyard between the buildings with lots of seating and a gas grill available for use. Guests are also allowed to smoke only in the courtyard if they choose. If you need anything during your stay, don't hesitate to reach out to us! We are available from 9am-5pm to assist with any requests you may have, such as faxing or printing documents. Additionally, we will provide you with a hard copy guidebook that includes a comprehensive list of the best restaurants and entertainment spots in the vicinity, many of which are within walking distance or a short Uber ride away from the property. With so many exciting activities right outside our doorstep, Midtown and Downtown OKC offer a plethora of experiences. From locally owned restaurants and bars to sports, parks and conventions, Bricktown, entertainment, and cultural events, you can explore the city without ever getting in a car. Hop on the streetcar to take in the sights and sounds of Downtown OKC and discover all that this small-town-big-city has to offer. Uber fares are usually quite reasonable, averaging around $6 per ride. Additionally, there are Spokies bikes available for rent. Our building is just a block away from the streetcar stop, providing easy access to the museums, convention center, Paycom arena, Scissortail Park, and Bricktown. Moreover, the apartment is located just a quarter mile from Highway 235 and within a mile of both I-35 and I-44, making it incredibly easy to get around town. No smoking of any kind, including marijuana, vaping, etc., and no pets are allowed in our apartment. To maintain an allergy-free environment for our guests, a $200 extra cleaning fee will be imposed if this rule is violated. We do not permit any extra guests unless prior request and written approval is obtained. Our apartment is equipped with an exterior camera security system for your protection and 24-hour entry within check-in times. You will receive secured access instructions 24 hours in advance. Commercial use of our apartment is prohibited without prior permission.
