Seaside Stay is a 1 bedroom studio that sleeps up to 2 people and has a sofa bed, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. Perfect little getaway! The space This home has water views, access to the beach, and a small porch area with a BBQ grill! It also comes with WIFI, TV, towels, and linen; everything that you will need for a wonderful stay. Just bring your food or you can go to a 5-star restaurant called La Plage. There are also other restaurants and coffee shops walkable from the property. Perfectly situated near Long Island’s renowned vineyards, this getaway offers easy access to wine tours. A relaxing spa is just around the corner, and you can stroll to several charming restaurants and coffee shops. Tanger Outlet Mall, the Long Island Aquarium, and Long Island Skydive are also a short drive away. Only 1.5 hours from New York City and about 35 minutes from ISP Airport, it’s the ideal beach retreat for a memorable escape. Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information. If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity. IMPORTANT NOTES: - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. - For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility. - For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Other things to note Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. - Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests. Guest Insurance Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
