You'll find world-class restaurants, a large natural grocery, + one of Portland's most beautiful parks just a few blocks away. The space Located in the heart of the Concordia neighborhood in Northeast Portland, this unique gem of a property sits on a quarter-acre lot surrounded by tall trees and lush gardens. Please note, there is also a separate basement apartment underneath the AirBnb where your host, Kate, and her dog, Darla, live full time. Also, there is a gorgeous art studio nestled at the back of the property which was formerly used to host painting retreats. This space is rented to a quiet long-term renter. We are a very friendly bunch and we're happy to answer questions or point you to our favorite spots if you have any needs or concerns. That said, we are very mindful of your privacy! We just might cross paths in the driveway or the backyard. The street is quiet and walkable with plenty of street parking. The Kennedy School Boutique Hotel is right across the street where you'll find multiple restaurants, a soaking pool, and a movie theater. The Alberta Arts District, full of cafes, shops, and local art, is just a 15-minute walk. You'll find three lovely parks (Fernhill, Wilshire, and Alberta) all within walking distance. Guest access You'll enjoy the privacy of a beautifully renovated 2 bed/2 full bath home and a fully fenced-in front yard. You'll also have access to the gorgeous fenced-in backyard, firepit, barbeque, covered patio, and dining area which are also shared by a quiet long-term renter, your host, and one small dog. Access to the backyard is through the first-floor bathroom. Please keep all the gates closed. There is a white clicker on the small table on the covered patio which will turn on the twinkle lights in the backyard. Just be sure to turn them off when you're finished.
