The space You are staying in a freestanding 700 square foot home with a modern furnace and air conditioning, in home washer and dryer and gas powered fireplace. There is a full complement of cooking supplies, coffeemaker, ice maker and luxury appliances to prepare meals. The blue accents in the decor offset the caramel hues in the wood to make a playful and fun space. Out front you’ll find a spacious porch with a swing and patio chairs to enjoy the weather, overlooking a picket fence. Guest access The entire house is available to guests with street parking out front. Other things to note Please be advised that we have a security camera on the outside of the unit to protect our property and and to help us know when guests check in and out. We respect your privacy! Standard check in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Guests looking to inquire about early check in or late check out - we evaluate these on a case-by-case basis, depending on cleaning schedules and balancing other reservations. We try to accommodate these requests where possible, but any early check in or late check out, once accepted, will be required to pay an extra fee of $25, which must be paid prior to arrival and will be submitted through the resolution center. The gas fireplace is deactivated seasonally during warmer months. June-early September.
