The TV has cable and is connected to the wifi, you are able to connect to your personal streaming services. We will send you an access code on the day of your check-in. You may park on the street in front of the unit or in public parking under the bridge. **PARKING** Street parking directly in front of the Airbnb, as well as all around. The street parking is fair game. *You CAN NOT park where it says Permit Parking Only* There is public parking under the bridge in multiple areas. The closest "under the bridge parking" is a block from the Airbnb. Located off of 3rd St. Everything you need is within walking distance! Cafe, dining, shops, bike and walking trails, boat slips & docks. Dear Guests, please know this is an antique home built in the late 1800's we have done everything that we can to try and eliminate the sound between the upstairs apartment and the Air B & B. You will likely hear our lovely neighbor upstairs. If you are extremely sensitive to the sound we recommend you bring a white noise machine, earplugs, and/or have an extra glass of wine. If you are very sensitive this might not be the rental for you. Thank you for understanding.
