Updated and Quiet,and clean. Central location,not a lot of traffic on Old Post Road. Simple beach condo studio style. Queen bed great for a couple,also full size futon for 2 small children or 1 Adult. Full Kitchen and bath. Small bistro set out front . Guest access Parking off street right in front of unit. Guest spaces as available.Also any pets brought into the unit without the owners consent will be charged $200. No exceptions. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Please note that in the Event of Government restrictions placed on travel and and Accommodation restrictions or Mandatory quarantine to this area due to COVID-19 after a guest has booked but before arrival,we will issue refunds for the stay. If restrictions are lifted before arrival there will be no refunds. Also any guests staying during the imposition of the restrictions are usually given 7 (normally) days from the imposition of the restriction to return to thier home state for a voluntary quarantine. No refunds will be issued unless thier stay exceeds the voluntary time slot. In that case a partial refund will be given after the voluntary 7 days or time period that the state imposes.
