Astoria Farms Inn - Lorinne Room/CANNABIS PACKAGE

The Lorinne Room is private room in our farmhouse with a private balcony! We live on the premises, and we also have other listed rooms in the house, so be aware you will most likely be sharing spaces with other guests. IMPORTANT: Please read the *entire* description of this property before booking! The space The Lorinne Room is located on the second floor, 340 SQ FT, has a queen bed and full bed, its own private seating area, TV, and private balcony. It's carpeted and has a bank of windows that overlook the gardens and southern fields. This room comes standard with a mini-fridge and microwave. We have three other rooms we list through AirBnB so be aware there are some shared areas such as the dining room and living room and that you may not be the only guests in the house - or on the floor for that matter. It's a large house, however, so you will find you have more private space than you think! You are welcome to bring your dog (limit 2) just be aware that we have a few cats, a chubby Border Collie mix, and some chickens free ranging on the property. It's also important to note that the cow fence in front of the house is electrified so be careful with yourself and the pups! THIS LISTING ONLY - This is, of course, the Cannabis Package listing which means upon your arrival you will find two pre-rolls or cones (joints that are already rolled and ready to go,) grinder, extra papers, and lots of information on local dispensaries in your room. You are welcome to smoke (cannabis only) on your private balcony! Guest access Guests will be able to access a dining room, a spacious den, a third floor kitchenette, library/office, and an extra bathroom downstairs. We maintain the main floor kitchen as an owner-only space. The immediate four acres surrounding the house is accessible to guests as well. During your stay We both work other jobs as well as our jobs on the farm so you may or may not see us on your trip, but should you need anything during your stay just drop us a quick message through AirBnB, text or call. We want you to relax, whether you're taking in some sun on the patio or just setting up base camp to take in the town/beach - your time is your time. Other things to note Not only is this a working farm, but quite an old farmhouse. We're very laid back here. Our sheets are always clean, but rarely ironed. We don't have screens on our windows because we'd rather have the views. We try to keep our guest areas in great shape, but there's no getting around the fact that some parts of the house are just OLD. It's had a long, boisterous life so there are some creaky stairs, creaky wood floors, jammy doors, rusty bits, and possibly a few ghosts - just kidding, we think. Other than some paint, we haven't "remodeled" this house - its our familial home, and we invite you to stay. Please be aware that there are steps to enter the house and steps to all available rooms. Also, please note that there is no access to a stove - each room comes with its own mini fridge and microwave. There is a bathroom on every floor, but they are single-use, shared bathrooms - like the kind you'd find in most bed and breakfasts or European hotels. Our space isn't for everyone, but if you're laid back like us, and just want a comfortable, clean bed, beautiful views, and room to roam - then we're your place. ***A note about AirBnB's "Covid-Cleanliness Policies:" We are content to welcome guests into our home as often as our state and county allows. As we've said numerous times throughout the description, we do live on site and welcome other, multiple guests simultaneously. We will do our best to limit interaction with our guests, but because we live in the farmhouse as well it is not entirely avoidable. We assume by booking this listing that guests understand and accept this. We believe we have always cleaned and prepared our rooms to a good standard. To be honest Covid-19 does not really change this. We are happy with the 'Stay Alert' philosophy and to use common sense. We also believe those guests even considering using AirBnB with a live-in host are likely to share that philosophy with respect flowing both ways between guests and ourselves.
