You enter this home through a bright and open kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, both a standard and a Keurig coffee maker, and a bar top with seating for 3. From the kitchen, you will find a dining area, with seating for 6, and a living area with an oversized couch and TV. Finishing off the first level is a screened-in porch which provides access to the outdoor patio with a gas grill and fire pit. On the second floor, you will find two guest rooms, each with its own private bath. Each room has access to the upper screened porch with outdoor seating, which provides a partial Oceanview. Access Points: There are three dune crossovers to the sandy area, always accessible for recreation. Main access is near the pool and clubhouse. Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time.
