🏡 We have two options, both for exclusive use (not shared with other guests): - El Colibrí: main house, ideal for small groups (up to 10 people). - Complete Quinta Trinidad: house + 3 apartments, ideal for large groups or events (up to 16 people comfortably). Check the title to see which one you're booking. 🌿 The space 🏡 Quinta Trinidad – Full Property Description Country estate ideal for relaxing, celebrating with family or friends, or holding special events. 🛏️ Distribution of spaces and beds Main house (open design): –Kitchen, dining room,  living room (2 sofa beds), bedrooms 1 and 2. – Central space to place an inflatable mattress if required. Bedroom 1 (ground floor): –1 main double bed. –1 low kangaroo bed with single mattress. –Full bathroom on one side, can be closed with sliding doors along with the room for more privacy. Bedroom 2 (upper floor): –3 single beds in an open space with railing (not a closed room). Bedroom 3 – Apartment (second floor): –1 double bed, 2 sofa beds, full private bathroom. –Includes 2 inflatable mattresses available. Bedroom 4 – Apartment (third floor): –1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, an armchair, table with 4 chairs. –Full outdoor bathroom, accessible by the same stairs. –Includes 2 inflatable mattresses available. Bedroom 5 – Apartment (fourth floor): –1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. –Terrace with tables and excellent view. –Full bathroom on the lower floor, accessible by stairs. 🚿 Bathrooms Bathroom 1: only full bathroom inside the house, next to bedroom 1. Bathrooms 2 and 3: outdoors, next to the barbecue and pool table (one for women and one for men). Bathroom 4: inside bedroom 3. Bathroom 5: exterior, for bedroom 5. 🍽️ Kitchen and Common Areas –Kitchen equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and basic utensils. –Patio with wood oven, barbecue, table, chairs, foosball table, speaker and pool table. –Garden with trampoline, children's games, chairs and tables. –Terrace on the fourth floor with a pleasant view. 🏊 Pool –Private, outdoor, irregularly shaped pool. –Approximately 9 m long and up to 1.4 m deep. 🚗 Parking – Outdoor parking in front of the property. – Quiet area, not very busy. Safe to leave vehicles. –Accessible for small cars, even in the rainy season (with caution). 🎉 For events with more than 30 people, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required in full Quinta Trinidad mode. This description corresponds to the "Complete Quinta Trinidad" mode, which includes the main house and 3 independent apartments, all with exclusive use. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the Quinta, including the main house, apartments, pool, garden, palapa with barbecue, outdoor bathrooms, and outdoor parking. Only the service and maintenance areas remain closed during the stay. Other things to note 📶 Wi-Fi internet service is available on the property, although due to the rural location it may have slight variations in speed. 🐾 Pets are welcome, we only ask that you take care of the spaces and pick up their waste. The Quinta is mostly fenced, but small and very restless pets could find spaces to go out, so supervision is recommended. 📌 Important: As it is a natural environment, insects or wild animals may be found. On one occasion, a pet ingested a toad at night with serious consequences. As a precaution, we ask that you do not leave your pets alone at night or unattended in open areas. 🚗 The access road is not paved, but it is passable in small cars. Even on rainy days, you can carefully drive up to the outdoor parking lot. 🏊 The pool is irregularly shaped, approximately 9 meters long and has an average depth of 1.4 meters. 🧼 Bath towels are provided. We do not have pool towels. 🌡️ The main house has air conditioning. 🚪 The apartments are located a few meters from the main house, each on a different floor, and are accessed by stairs: Second floor: full private bathroom Third floor: full bathroom in the hallway Fourth floor: no bathroom, but it has a terrace with table and chairs, ideal for relaxing 🛏️ The main house has a bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-size bed and a single trundle bed, ideal for people with reduced mobility. However, the paths are not wheelchair accessible and are somewhat narrow.
