As soon as you enter the cottage you will be amazed by the breathtaking views of Colpoy's Bay, right from the living room, and both levels of the deck. This open concept cottage has new floors (2018), new kitchen (2019) stainless steel appliances, renovated bathroom. The upper deck has a bbq, dining table with 6 chairs and a lounge area from where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The 2 bedrooms on the upper floors have queen beds. The lower level features open concept walk out basement, with an office area ( many books and magazines to read) and high speed Starlink internet. Cozy rec room ( lots of board games, giant jenga and cards ) and a bedroom with a queen bed. Lower deck is ready for a fun day even on a rainy day with another dining table and 6 chairs, yard games, small ping pong table and dart board. Yoga mat and ball is also supplied. The stairs over the natural cliff (about 50 steps) will lead you down to the water's edge. There is a covered balcony front of the bunkie that is right above the edge of the water, with stunning panoramic views of the sparkling clear water of the whole bay. Fire pit area is located right on the waters edge. While you sitting by the fire you can listen to to sound of crushing waves or watch a movie on the 120 inch outdoor screen! Pristine clear water is great for swimming ( water shoes are recommended). If you like hiking, or cross country skiing cottage is located walking distance to Bruce trail. Wiarton downtown is minutes away for shopping or dining. Other things to note No smoking. No parties, events or loud outdoor activity at all. No extra guests or visitors. Do not keep any food or garbage outside. Special rules apply for garbage disposal. Cottage needs to be cleaned before check out. Basement closet, shed, Bunkie and boathouse are owners use only . The property is equipped with a surveillance camera (front ) one at the side and one at the back (pointing on marine rail) Please note the location of the cottage ( on the edge of the cliff) if booking with kids.
