The unit resides in a quiet wooded location off the golf course. The bedrooms are on the first floor, the main living area on the second floor and a spacious loft on the third floor. 1450 sq. ft. Our guests enjoy the three full bathrooms, and spacious layout. We are on the free shuttle line that stops right in front of the complex. Guest access Parking is free and there is plenty of it. You have access to the whole unit and communal areas of the complex. This is a smoke-free, pet-free, drug-free unit. The complex has a pool, spa, and dry sauna. There are two gas BBQs in the pool area during the summer months. There are two washer/dryer units in the complex/coin operated. Other things to note We have taken extra care to ensure a clean stay and follow CDC cleaning guidelines. This is a luxury unit, and we have designed the fireplace to heat the main area and loft sufficiently. There are detailed instructions in the townhome on how to build a successful fire and use the fireplace. The heaters are highly efficient heaters. They work great but do take time to warm up the townhome. Please be patient. Once they reach the temperature setting, you’ll be quite comfortable. Hi-speed Wi-Fi & two Smart TVs are provided + Sonos speaker system. In winter months you may want to check road conditions and/or carry chains. We have a 3-day minimum during holidays.
