Newly remodeled this condo is perfect! It is walking distance to both the race track and downtown where you will find a multitude of shops. The condo has two parking spaces allowing you to leave your car(s) and walk the one mile to the track or half mile to downtown. It is located on the second floor with huge sky lights and large windows affording beautiful views of the surrounding area. There is a small park around the corner and Congress Park is one block away. The space Once used by Skidmore College the second floor condo is uniquely designed. Furnished in modern rustic design with a barnboard kitchen, hard wood floors, twenty-foot ceilings, lots of angles, nooks and crannies, ceiling fans, windows and skylights the home is light, bright and spacious. A laundry is located in the unit for your convenience. Come spend your days at the track, or at Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) or spend them at the spa and try the mineral baths. There is shopping of all kinds, and lots of things to do in this beautiful city of Saratoga Springs, NY. Other things to note This is a second floor condo with neighbors on the first floor. Please be considerate of their proximity and keep the noise level down. The condo is not recommended for toddlers as there is a spiral staircase up to the loft which is difficult to gate. Absolutely no smoking and no pets are allowed and a rental agreement is to be signed by the responsible party. There is a three night minimum stay with some flexibility and certain in-season weeks require a five night stay.
