From this vacation rental, you can explore all the natural wonders Lake Keowee has to offer, including the famous Jump Off Rock and Waterfall Cove. Miles of beautiful hiking trails are all nearby at Keowee Toxaway State Park and you are only 25 minutes from famed Death Valley in Clemson. There is a $100 pet fee per pet. The space Large family home with multiple places to gather that include a large great room, bonus room, dining area, basement hang out area, coffee/wine bar and 2 large decks overlooking the lake. Cameras at the front door facing driveway and at the back facing the walkway and lake. Fiber Wifi at the house. Guest access Enjoy lake access for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding from the deck. Rent a boat or bring your own and park it in our designated boat slip - just around the corner. Boat slip is an additional $100 fee. Please add the extra service if you need the boat slip. Other things to note There is a $100 per pet non-refundable fee per pet with a 4 pet maximum. Please add the fee to your booking. The walk down to the lake out the back is fairly steep and not recommend for people with mobility issues. Don’t worry! They can easily access the boat slip via the path right next to the house. If you would like to rent the boat slip, it is an additional $100 per stay and can be added by clicking "resort fee." DON'T BLOCK THE GARBAGE CANS.
